Hotel Rules:

All rooms must have an adult (18+) staying in the room

No smoking in the rooms or on the balcony. Guests will be charged a $300 fee

Early check in and late check out are based on availability. Please check with the front desk when you arrive.

Scout Groups - Unfortunately we are no longer accepting Scout group reservations
Cancellation Policy:
For bookings of 3 rooms or less, you have until 3 days before arrival to cancel or change your reservation. After such time you will be charged the full amount of your stay. We recommend having travel insurance and are happy to provide you with the receipts so you can claim it.
Group Reservations
For reservations of 4 rooms or more, A full refund will be given until 30 days before the arrival date. 30 days before the arrival, 50% of the total will be charged. 13 days before the arrival date, the full amount will be charged.
All reservations require a valid credit card in order to hold the reservation.

Cancellations and changes must be received by Email and include the confirmation number of all rooms affected before the cut off time to receive a full refund.
We answer every cancelation email promptly during working hours (7am-7pm). So if you do not receive a cancelation confirmation email, it means we have not received your email, and your room has not been canceled. Please give us a call.
We cannot give credit for unused nights.
