- All hotel rooms have been completely renovated and upgraded
- The Marina has been reconstructed and improved, and now features 80 full-service slips available from March 1st, 2005
- Curly Tails Restaurant and Sunset Bar was completely rebuilt and re-opened December 2005
- Dive Abaco is fully operational and offers resort courses and daily dive/snorkel trips
- The Marina and Hotel Office building has been completely rebuilt and re-opened March 1st, 2006
