  1. Only pleasure vessels in good condition and under their own power shall be admitted to the marina.

  2. In the event of an emergency, The Moorings reserve the right to carry out the necessary repairs in order to protect any vessel and all other marina occupants at the expense of the Owner/Master. The Moorings also reserve the right to move any vessel should this be necessary for any reason.

  3. Loose halyards should be secured to eliminate disturbance of other marina guests.

  4. Generators and power tools may not be operated between 1800 and 0800 hours. Musical instruments and stereos should not be played at loud volume between the hours of 2000 and 0800.

  5. The laundry is situated in the middle of the hotel block. Please contact reception. The laundry is open 0800 – 1700 hrs. Laundry may not be hung on any vessel, nor shall any signs be hung without the written permission of The Moorings.

  6. The dockage day begins at 0800 hrs. Any vessel docked before 8 a.m. will be charged dockage for the previous night. Check out time is 1200 hrs. Any vessel that requires a late departure should contact reception to see if the slip will be available.

  7. The use of BBQ’s or other open fueled appliances is strictly forbidden within the marina. A BBQ for the use of marina guests is located in the pool area. After use, please leave this BBQ in the condition that you would expect to find it in.

  8. Any abuse of the property or infringement of the peace and tranquility of the other resort guests, the use of obscene language or fighting will result in the cancellation of our agreement and immediate expulsion from the marina.

  9. Pets are permitted only if they do not disturb other guests and must be leashed at all times whilst on the property. There will be no fouling of the docks, public ways or gardens. Pets are not permitted in the marina showers, hotel rooms or in the pool area.

  10. Refuse and garbage is not to be thrown overboard. All trash is to be placed in the trash containers provided in the car park. Discharge of oil, diesel, gasoline and oily bilge water in the marina is strictly forbidden. Holding tanks and heads may not be discharged in the marina. Please use the shore-side facilities provided. Used engine oil should be disposed of at the Shell gas station in Marsh Harbour or at Bahama Hotmix, located near the airport.

  11. Please assist us by turning off the lights, locking the doors and leaving the marina showers tidy after use. Showering on the docks is not permitted.

  12. Bicycles, mopeds or scooters may not be ridden within the resort. If you wish to store your transport on board, please walk it along any pathways or docks.

  13. Servicing of vessels by outside contractors must have the written permission of The Moorings and is subject to a 6% service fee payable to The Moorings.

  14. Guests checking out of the marina shall report to reception in order to settle their account prior to departure. Please use cash, Visa, amex or MasterCard when settling your account. We do not accept US checks. All owners/masters are required to leave a forwarding address.

  15. Vessels under long term dockage contracts are required to pay a monthly water fee. Long term dockage paid in advance is non-refundable but may be used as credit against future dockage.

  16. The Moorings reserve the right to refuse dockage to any vessel and/or cancel any existing contract should they feel that it is warranted.

  17. Conch Inn Security can be contacted on VHF channel 16/82 after office hours.

The Moorings reserve the right to use any vacant slip for vessels but will make every effort to have the reserved slip available upon your return.
